My business was formerly known as JLASHEDYOU ARTISTRY, which a lot of people are familiar with since 2018. That chapter has closed and I wanted to rebrand so here we are. Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a deposit. FULL SETS: $40 DEPOSIT LASH BOOST: $30 DEPOSIT REFILLS: $20 DEPOSIT All deposits will go towards your service, if cancelled, it will be forfeited. It is important for you to let me know ahead of time if you will be late (meaning at least 15 minutes before and not at your scheduled appointment time or after). There is a grace period of 5 minutes. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you will be charged a $25 fee on top of your service. Your appointment will only be for the duration of time that is scheduled. Being on time is very crucial. All no-show, no-calls, same day cancellations, rescheduling the day before or same day will result in 100% service fee charge. I cannot fill in slots last minute and these kind of cancellations affect my opportunity cost. Thank you for understanding.
